Predictions for 2010 :-)

1) MUST Loose Weight.

2) Volunteer or get involved with the Humane Shelter and at least Rescue one animal.

3) Quit Coffee all together.

4) Get Certified as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) = More money :-)

5) Going to N.Y.!!!

6) Join the YMCA - This one is lame.

7) Set out to Updating our house!!

8) Try a New Business adventure. ( Let me see if my Ideas work out on this one)

I am back.. I just lost track of time and energy to start blogging again . Most of my time is on Facebook. :-) I am sitting today with a rare afternoon off and watching a foot of snow drop down to the ground. I have been working alot and spending every spare moment with the kids. More soon :-)

End of Summer

Well The kids are back into school for the year. The Big Trip was to South Dakota to see Mount Rushmore. All of us had a great time and it is a must see.

I changed jobs again... something that was not in the plans but God has other plans for me at this time and I rolling with it. The kids are enjoying school, Katie is in her last year in Elementary School and will be in the Junior High School Crowd next year. Time sure does go Quickly!
Hopefully we can expand on doing Something Different this winter!

News!

End of summer vacation to South Dakota. David starts 10th Grade this year and Katie will be in the 6th and Ryan in 2nd. Now to get everything that they need for school when they start Sept. 1st.

Had a Great time with the kids and they kept me laughing the whole trip, they are a good age to take them on trips now, they can do more for themselves. :-)

I have been Working way too much.. keeps me out of trouble I guess. Kids are enjoying there summer. Vacation is coming up and I am so looking forward to it! It will be nice to get out of town for awhile. Still have not got a sitter for the Dog. Nothing like waiting till the last minute. :-) Nothing like Pressure.

Got the Information on School Registration 80.00 to Register David, and another 50.00 for the other two Plus supplies.. Ugg.

Twitching and Hot.

I have the worst Twitching legs and arms in the last week or so I am ready To cut them off! (well not really) But I am about Batty plus it is darn hot which is not helping. I have Restless leg syndrome and It has been a struggle this last week or so keeping them calm , Finally Went to my Sleep Dr and she is checking my Iron levels to make sure my Iron level is ok if it is not , I have to take a Iron supplement which will help my restless body! She told me that low Iron might be the culprit in the last several weeks. She told me I could try the Prescription she put me on last year, but I am trying to stay on the "Natural" Route.

I have Been SO Busy Since being Laid off from Work Several weeks ago. The Home Health Care job has been keeping me Busy and I love it! I have Kept this Job as a 2nd Job for the Last 2 years.So I got really lucky to get absorbed so quickly. I feel Blessed. The Big Plus I am getting to stay home with the kids alot more during the week and get to be A part of the Summer Break with them.
I work Various shifts , so it is Perfect.

I totally forgot to post a Happy Birthday for David for the 18th..He Turned 15 all I can say is WOW!

One Reason, I was out of Commission for a couple of days Katie had the Stomach flu and a Fever on Monday night and Then I got it Tuesday night, So Both of us was Running fevers and Throwing up.. NICE. I had to call into my Home health care job Tues. night for a 2 hour shift because I could not hold my Head up Literally. Poor Andy Was Running around Trying to have Buckets out for us. LOL. Katie and me are much are much better , just a little Queasy and so is Katie... so I am glad it is almost over. I am glad I was off today so I could sleep all day! :-)

It was a rough week at work. I had 2-3 patients pass away this week. It is bound to happen when you work the type of work I do. We had a Good cry with one of the Patients husband this week as well. It also Rained this week so it kinda set the mood like... God was Crying right along with us.

Katie was a Good Distraction this week though,with her Karate and then her Black Belt Presentation today at 5:30 which is making me Smile from ear to ear. Plus it is mother's day Tomorrow! :-)

Another good thing is I pick up some overnights with my 2nd job and I love doing overnights! I am such a Crappy sleeper at night it just makes sense to me to take as much overnights as I can take. I am nuts but I have alot of support from the Hubby. :-)

I took the day off today from work.. The kids have Spring Break this week and today is Katie's birthday. I took Katie to Wal Mart to pick up her Birthday Cake. This cake is awesome! It is a Red and white with Chocolate in the Middle decorated with a "High School Musical" cling on thing (it is hard to expalin) but it is cool and Katie loves it and that is all that counts Right??
I also took all the kids out to eat at the mall and we had a blast! We went in and out of stores and Katie found a Webkins she wanted ( I think this is her 5th or 6th one). A very Good Day!

I re potted My Peace Lilly I got 3 years ago to a bigger Pot...-It looks like it is Thriving. I think this is the Only plant I have not Killed. Peace Lillies are Hearty Plants.

I am so sick and tired of snow! We are getting 3-6 more inches tonight. UGGG.. I have so much going on Right now between work and getting the kids to the "Extra" stuff on weekends and during the week I feel like my head is going to Explode.. I am counting on post it pads for Reminders and hope to GOD I do not forget anything.

Ginger our Dog might have a ear infection so I am taking her this week to the Vet for her Summer shots and have her Ears Checked for Either A) mites or B) a Ear infection. I talked to the Vet at the End of the Week and she Told me if she Started crying in Pain To bring her in sooner. She Gave me Instructions what to look for. :-( I have Been Cleaning her ears more lately and they are kinda Chunky looking.. (sorry) if you that grosses anybody out.

Ryan needs Refills on Medication SOON and of Course I need to Call the Milwaukee Docs to do the Refills because I have No more. I need to get on That Monday. I have enough for a week or so. So I have a little Cushion. Sucks that I have to do Inventory on Medication every so often to make sure I have enough for home and school.. School has a cool thing for me now They have a huge sticky note or send me a empty bottle of medication -that is my clue I need to send more medication to school. Ryan of course is clueless and a boy so he does not think to give me a heads up.....Unlike David he is on Acne medication and he tells me as he is taking his last pill he needs refills and it is 10pm-nice. Plus I cannot get refills till he sees the Dermatologist and I cannot get in till April 22. I hope he has enough till then.

Ryan is full of Chatter here lately , he has become more vocal this last month which has been Awesome.. He figured out that Subway has 5 dollar Foot long sandwiches for his favorite "Sub".. as we were getting gas this morning for the van he noticed a Subway restaurant attached to the gas station, he is Hollering at Andy saying "HEY!! 5 dollar Foot Longs"!!! I cracked up. We Love Subway we have Subs at least once a month. :-)

David is Doing Rock climbing at school which I think is cool! We never did that when I was in school. He just finished up a swimming session at school which he loved.

Katie is doing Her Karate Black Belt training pretty much 5 days a week some days 4. She gets her Black Belt May 9th. She has to also be able to Run 2 miles in under 25 mins. Which she has mastered already ! She can do 2 miles in a little over 19 mins. Go KATIE!

Finally a update

I went by Walgreen's today and got some Easter things to decorate. I have my small collection of "Easter Rabbits" out. I had Ryan put up the Easter Window clings on the windows and he did a great job.

We also Purchased a new Van.. we got a 2006 Toyota Sienna, it just has 35 thousand miles on it and it looks sharp! we also upgraded our dishwasher about a month ago so slowly but surely getting things upgrades.. All I can say it is about time. :-)

Keeping this House From Falling Apart Lately has been a Understatement.. Just in the last 4 weeks Our Furnace decided not to work, we had a Power outage and Last weekend the Heating Element went out in the stove. Thank Goodness Andy was able to Fix the Details on the stove and on the Furnace or we would be out alot of money.

In Between all of this We Celebrated our 17th Wedding Anniversary , Get this It was on Super bowl Sunday and We to Andy's parents to spend the Evening with alot of Food.

It is still cold here , still snowing and now Hoping of a heat wave of 38 degree's By Saturday.

A big Shout out to my Parents.. "Happy Anniversary" it actually was yesterday. The card got sent out late due to not having a Stamp.. ( Hate it when that happens). I called them and talked to them So I know that counts that I remembered.

All Three Kids have been out of school (Thursday and Friday) Due the Extreme Cold here in town.. -45 wind chill factors here and I am not even sure we Registered a actual Temp here in town. all I can say Is I am Darn cold and I want Warmer wheather now.

This week alone the Furnace went out and had a power outage (2.5 hrs long) Long time without heat in the cold. the Furnace went out at 10pm tuesday night and that was a long night itself , Andy Got up early and was at the heating place at opening time and got the (blower thingy) as I call it replaced and we were back to a heated home by 8:30 am.. (Nom can I come live with you till May) :-) and Bring the Dog?? Just kidding.

2009

Somethings to Ponder for 2009

1- Teach all three of my kids how to use the Washer and Dryer but most important how to load it before they turn it on.

2- Getting a little more organized.

3- Going somewhere New for the kids to explore.( I have not figured out this yet)

4- I need a Maid a couple a time a month.

5- Making sure I get a massage at least every 4-8 weeks .

No Predictions on the near Future just Trying to live day by day and Living life to the Fullest. (maybe I can Post something later if I do something out of my Norm. ) :-)
