Well Here is some Of my New Year's "Hopefuls " for 2008

1- Learn how to do something different this year- Example.. either how to make a Quilt, I have a friend that just made her first one and she said it was SO EASY.. I also have caught a interest in learning how to can.. Like Homemade Jellies, and Pickles.

2- Be More involved in church activities and some Small Group things.

3- Stay in tune with my new job and Hopefully this will be a good change for me . :-)

I am thinking of more things and will be posting alot more this year.

I am Back to blogging once again... We had some sad News today ... WE got a call from one of David's teachers (which is very Unusual) . She Told us that one of David's VERY Good Friends Died on December the 24th .. He Died in his sleep due to Heart Failure. I CRIED for a Hour!!! I just saw this kid last month and talked with his mom.. I saw the Obit. today and I could not even get thru it all. David is so SAD . I just cannot Imagine what his Parents are going thru! God Bless his Family!

Merry Christmas Early

Merry Christmas to Everyone... I will Be still Checking Email and my Usual Things.. But blogging will Be on the Back Burner Till at least till After Christmas. I Have Been so BUSY trying to get things done and Checking in on Andy's Parents the last two weeks , it has left me Very Little time for anything else.. Andy's Dad has Been Seriously Ill the last 3 weeks so, Andy And I have been Running back and forth to their house (which is about 30 miles ) from where we live.
He is heading for a short term Nursing Facility until he gets stronger.

I have One More gift Before we leave friday for my parents.. I have everything done but one Item For My Little RY MAN..

And just a heads Up for Jen ... I Bought Luke Some Symbols for Christmas so we can have a Bang up Christmas I hope you and Chris do not mind . Plus, I thought it would Be a good thing to have that help wake you up in the morning. :-) (Snicker,Snicker) .

Last day for me for the temp job I have until I start my Permanent Job on January 7th. YEA

PFFT!

A) I am COLD.. Plus it is snowing More

B) My feet are wet and damp-CUZ I just had to go the the Grocery store for some Odd's and ends.

C) I am Cranky

D) I am Definitely wanting no more adventure in the snow - as my parents would say.

E) Did I mention that it is icy out today??

We had a open house at the High school where David Will be attending next Fall... I was Slightly Overwhelmed with not only the Curriculum ,but just the sight of the Credits they have to have. Then Terror came over because David has 2 or 3 Pull Put Basis at the middle school level (which by the way Now one told me that this will happen at high school) , By Sure Luck I ran into David's Counselor's at his current school and by chance she will be at his high school next year also, WHAT A BLESSING!! She assured me and Andy that they will be helping David get the Right Classes and Get with us at his IEP Meeting Coming up closer at the end of Year....Much To my surprise He might not be pulled out as much next year for help because he is doing so well in his Work. **SIGH** of Relief for Us. Can you tell I am really not ready for the High School Level??

Happy Snow Day

Well, It has been snowing since about Noon Today... I did Manage to get "some" Christmas gifts done before the snow started .. I just have The Roper Kids to buy for , My parents, and Few other odd and ends, Luckily I know Exactly to get them , so it will not be to much of a hassle...
8-11 inches of snow is expected for today so I am not sure if I will be going back out or not.

David is having his Basketball Pictures Taken on Monday at school , so I had to Purchase Pictures for team pictures, Individual pictures and etc.. He is excited that he is is getting a group picture of his Basketball Buddies.. (Unlike Me I was like the only White kid on the team) LOL.

On another note we are going to a Curriculum Fair at the High School David will be going to next year on Monday Night, so we can get a Idea how the schedules work and etc. So I think the will be a Eye opener for everyone. He is growing up way to fast for me.

I failed to mentioned another good Movie on my last Post... and I know without a shadow of a doubt Jennifer will Laugh really hard and Chris will ROLL his eyes.

Diary of a Mad Black Woman- This was actually a Very GOOD Movie, I was watching this one night because basically -nothing else was on- This had a very good Plot, easy to follow and I laughed so hard in so many places, also their were some sad spots in this movie to.

Movies

Well in the last few weeks we have watched several movies and Most have been Pretty good, Besides the Movies I have watched during work. We have Pay Per View and we have actually been ordering off that all the Time. Direct TV Gave us a boat load of Free Coupons that can go toward the Pay per View movies.

Wild Hogs - Had us Giggling, For some reason I thought it Would Be Funnier. But A Good Movie all around.

Ghost Rider - This has Nicholas Cage in this - Let me just say this Hated it. Not worth the a 2nd Viewing, Hard to Follow and was Just Plain boring.

Knocked Up (unrated Version) - Yes the kids were in Bed at the Time we saw this, I liked it but This Made Andy Uncomfortable , I am not sure why , maybe because of the Language. If You cannot handle the Language , this is not the Movie to see ...But the Plot and story Line I totally Got.

Surf's Up - Animated Cartoon - Very Cute and Very Family Oriented. Katie and Ryan Really Liked this Movie

Monster in Law - the one with Jane Fonda and Jennifer Lopez - I think this was a sleeper Movie I am not sure if I really Liked this movie or Not. I did Laugh alot in certain spots , I really think that it could have been a better movie.

I am Thankful For this Year.....

Ryan- Finally Got Potty trained after 5 Dr.'s and 4 of them were specialist told us that he was not Physically not able to figure this out, and His Body would battle this. Well as of September He mastered and figured this out and now out of Pull- ups ,except at night. WHAT A BLESSING! MY Angles are still working with him. He has been my Walking,Talking Miracle. :-)

Katie- Very Thankful she is growing into a beautiful Young Lady and by this summer she should Be a Black Belt in her Karate Training. I was also Proud that My Mom and Dad were able to be here when she got her RED BELT in June. She was so Proud.

David- Thankful he has the Confidence to be on the Basketball Team this year, and he never lets anyone make fun of him , David is Hearing impaired and his Teammates always Makes sure he knows where he needs to be. His coach has encouraged him all year and that he can do anything. He has told Me and Andy he does not want to know David's "Medical"background, He Treats him normal like any other kid. I am Very grateful.

Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Early Thanksgiving One day early! We are staying around the house this year ,Thank goodness--and watching all day football.

I Got a new Cell Phone Yesterday and it is Pretty Cool, it has some new options that my other one did not have and more Functions I can Play with , so this Thanksgiving I will Be looking at the Owner's Manuel to figure out the rest. I did ALL my errands early today , like going to pick up Pies from Sam's Club,Wal-Mart for Film, and Picking up Odd's and End's for Thanksgiving Tomorrow. I know after 5pm today the Grocery's Store's are completely going to be packed, and I am So not doing well with packed stores lately , I think because of dealing with very Rude People.

Took David to the Dermatologist today before he went to School , He face is looking better but it is VERY dry with Flaking but not bad , so We Got another Cream today which is Milder and they switched his Pills for his acne, and of course this last week I had his Pills refilled, so I have to go get another Prescription Filled, I talked the Dr. into samples which will last until next week. Never Ends! I just have to laugh. His Face is looking so much better and he is got a little more Confidence in his appearance. :-)

I have to say that Katie can come up with some interesting Questions... She was telling me that she had hair on her back and was this Normal? I told her of course yes and that everyone has some amount of hair on their back. Her Next comment was can I shave my back? and If I shave my back? Now I can BARLEY see this hair on her back I need a magnifying glass to find them, and then wanting to shave stubble. PFFT...
Just have to share this and enjoy the Cuteness.

Snow is here

Well the snow finally arrived actually yesterday, mostly Flurries nothing sticking yet . The temperatures have really dropped in the last week. We did not do much today for being a Saturday , We have done so much running around this week we all were to tired to do anything. I basically got caught up on the laundry and the kitchen duties. Ryan did not even get dressed till after lunch.

We are going to Andy's Parents house tomorrow to fix things around their Condo and watch the Football games , David seems to enjoy watching games with his Grandfather which is now in his late 80's and they enjoy trading stories of trades,stats, and the rankings.
Hopefully, I can pull some information from Andy's mom on what to bring for Thanksgiving on Thursday since we more than likely be there for Thanksgiving on Thursday.

Kids in Review

David- Is still Playing Basketball and still Enjoys it, He even Takes the Yelling from the Coach like a Grown man.. Dang, I would of Cried the first day. He really can Ride those Boys hard , I really think it is good for David . David has a much Thicker skin Than I did at 13. He made all A's and B's on his Report card and 2 C's.. So I am Proud of this Kiddo..

Katie - Still in Karate and bugging her Brothers , I can Tell she is the only Girl around here. She had a Birthday Party Saturday at -Oh what a dish- I am not sure if anyone Knows of this but it is a Pottery store where you can Decorate your own Dish and they Fire Stain it and you can use it as everyday dishes. this was very Cool!

Ryan - He is under foot and We are trying to Keep Him involved with things going around, He is still to Young to Be involved with alot of stuff . He went with Andy To Fly Airplanes on Saturday and played in the sandbox. :-)

Laughing out Loud Today as I was talking to MOM today , We were talking the Family Pictures we are having done when we go home at Christmas . My dad had a Request that my boys do not get a Haircut before Christmas , I giggled because.... If you know my hubby he tends to cut the boys hair a little to short every time , So I Put Andy on the phone so my dad can tell him . :-)
Also My dad told us Andy and Chris would be on the End of the Pictures on either side , I again started Laughing because I knew he was Kidding and I hear Andy in the background saying that he has 16 years invested so he should at least be in the Middle of the Picture. What a Riot!

TOO Much Chatter

I am not sure what the Deal was this weekend , Katie has not stopped Talking since she got out of school Friday. If It is not one thing it is another, Either Difference of Opinion or just plain not getting along, same story every year with her and her little Girl Friends at school and then she comes home and Unloads on me or the Hubby all weekend, She holds it is all week and then KABOOM! I then have to try to explain to her that things happen and she needs not to take things to heart. Of course this time next week they will Be all best friends again.

Andy's Mom today also was in a mood to complain all day today nothing I said helped so I gave up! we were at there house all afternoon watching Football, Complaining wise dealing with what is Fair when It comes treating everyone Fairly in a Family. Do not get me going.. I Finally found a quiet Room and took a nap. Love Family... Love the Togetherness of it all But today I was on Overload..

EXTRA THOUGTS- Black and yellow Monkey's

I am not sure if Jen Remembers any of this .. But for some reason I was thinking of the Black and Yellow Monkey I got From My Grandmother YEARS AND YEARS ago , Needless to say I still have this monkey -Just could not Part with this Animal , and yet today I was thinking of Of Grandma Jones and the Monkey she gave me and Jen one Christmas. I Remember this Christmas for Some reason the Aroma's the Talking, the Gifts, Not Expecting any toys or Gift's from Grandma just mainly because I knew how much she Tried and Struggled to make sure the Grand kids had something under the Tree. My Mom I give her alot of Credit.. I never expect much from others especially in need, I am more of a giver than a receiver. But Yet this Monkey Meant more to me than any thing else that year. I also remember Grandma's exact words.. I am sorry this is all I could afford this year and I hope this is ok. (or something similar) All I can say is this is a memory I will carry for a lifetime, then some.

Basketball Season

David had his First Basketball game.. Needless to say his team lost by 20 points. David had some Play time But Not a whole Lot he did a pretty good job while he was in playing.

Trick or Treating went ok the kids got a boatload of candy to keep them hyper for a month. YIKES.

By the way Andy and I got a New TV. A 65 inch TV .. Yes A 65 inch screen TV. We kinda came into a whirl wind with this and ended up getting this Tv From a Friend that upgraded to a Bigger one and wondered if we wanted it ?? DUH! Andy did some Bartering and etc and we now are owners of this TV. This thing is Huge! We have not Figure out where we are going to put this monster of a Tv but we will Figure it out. I may Never leave my House again. :-)

Andy's Mom had her birthday today .. I believe it was her 83 years young.. We went and took her a Ice cream Cake , and Katie Made her a Bead Necklace of her Favorite Beads. OH and Cannot Forget her Purple Daisies we Took her.

I also went and got Ryan Some Brand New Shoes today he tends to be so Rough on shoes.. He had some how Tore the bottom of his shoe off and his Toes were showing , these shoes were okay last week and now they were shredded. So Off to Kohl's we went and he found some shoes he Liked. Of course he tried to talk me into another Transformer. I told him to save it for Santa.

Nothing new on the Job front ---I am working Part time with a recall center thru a temp agency and as a "As Needed" with Home Health care place. between the Job, getting the kids off to school and started on getting Resume's out. so I am just Slightly Stressed but not to bad. :-)

I also found out that my Nephew -Luke when he means Batman stickers He Means Batman .. Not Superman... Now I know. Love You Luke!!!!!!!!!!

Job

I started the Phone Work today - I think it will go well , I am so Rusty.. I Am so Glad this is a Temp Job!! I have my Resume's out to the Area Dr. Clinic's Hopefully I can Slide Back into another Clinic soon I Love working with Dr.'s and Their Schedule's and Figuring out which Specialized testing that needs to be ordered. This is my Field and nothing is open it seems like in this area in medical Field . It is just taking me time to find another Full time job. I am Grateful the temp agency is helping and keeping me busy.. :-)

Off and Running

The Temp Agency (well one of Two I work with) called and asked me if I can work on a 3 to 4 week job answering Phones with one of the Businesses in the area. I told her sure-- and will now be working 8-12 everyday until the Full time position comes available . I am also hoping the home health care place calls me in on a "Pop In basis" so I am not so B-O-R-E-D in the afternoon. BUT I must say that the last Client I had was a Piece of work.
It is so Close to Christmas and the Holidays I want to keep busy and Plus I hate just staying around the house not doing to much.

Kids News-- Katie came in Third Place in her Karate tournament and was thrilled to have another trophy to add to her list of accomplishments. Plus a interesting Vocabulary lesson from the bathroom stalls at the high school she was participating .

Ryan- Driving Us batty, he is now in a mode of "Super hero" Villian and he now has Powers that is parents cannot see.

David- comes home from school and moans How tired and sore he is from basketball. All I can say for this - No Sympathy from me. Been there and been sore like that before.

I am now home for awhile now - I was helping out with home health care as a pop in visits , They kept me BUSY for all of last week , But as of this afternoon the family Terminated the service we serve for one of the Clients. LONG story . But I am Elated that I do not have to deal with this certain Person. Nothing bad just Alot of safety things.

So this week I am hanging out with the kids and taking day by day until something Full time comes up with work. so Blah- Blah - Blah

Karate Tournament

I had Katie at her Semi annual Karate Tournament today and she came in Third Place in her Overall Forms which mainly Consists on how well they can to certain Karate Moves (Which is her Favorite Event) .. Before she went to compete I had to take her to the Bathroom . Keep this in mind that we are at one of the Local High Schools in this area for the Tournament, So I take her to the Bathroom and she goes into the stall and she Starts asking me "Mom there is alot of Writing on the bathroom walls in here") and she Proceeds to Tell me the information ,, She starts By reading

1) Jason is Hot..
2) I Love Jason
3) and then Proceeds to ask me Mom.. Why is Jason Hot?

Ok By this time I am Laughing so hard that I can hardly take it anymore. I just tell her that Sometimes Teenagers do some extra writing and it ends up on the Bathroom stalls. I was just not sure how to explain to a Nine year old how this all works out. WHOA.
But I had a good laugh.

Ryan - is also bugging me for money to put in the Vending machines. This seems to be his New Obsession.. He likes the concept of putting money in machines and having a Drink Pop out for him. I guess this could be a worse thing.

lots Done

I got alot done today . I went to weight watchers today I am down 3 pounds this weeks , Yes I lost 3 pounds this week. I also went to the eye Dr. today and Apparently my eyes were alot worse Off than I thought, The eye Dr. told me I needed Bi -Focals -OUCH -I thought I was too young to have this issue but apparently I am now in that "Age Range" where your eyes change , plus it has been two years since my last exam. SO I sucked it up and got the no line bifocals and see how they do. Andy told me today "welcome to the club" He had to go to bifocals last month.
I also had some other little errands that got done today-- for starters I finally paid my ticket from the accident I got into two weeks ago .. I have to get my Drivers license renewed in three weeks and I do not want to take any chances of the DMV not wanting me to renew because of outstanding tickets.I still say this Sucks.

David is trying out for basketball this year and he told me this yesterday- and of course he needs his sports physical signed -of course by the Dr. So I had to drop off the Paperwork by the Pediatrician and hope that it gets signed. David has to sit out of Practice until the Paperwork is signed by the MD.

Tomorrow is a Friday for me .. Whoo Hoo.. This is a very good Perk for me with my New job. Only Down Part is the 4 days of 10 hour days. But I LOVE the 3 day weekends , I can at least get all my crappy errands done of Fridays. Another down side as I was leaving the house this morning at 6:30 am the kids were yelling and tears were flowing... I gave up trying to referee and Left and told them if blood turned up to call me . Somedays it is just not worth the energy.

This is my third Week of Weight Watchers which is going Painfully slow ...I am loosing but just not fast enough , I think everyone feels this way.

Weekend

Well this weekend has been fun filled.

Saturday me and Katie went to a place called Player's choice for a Health/exercise Expo. I was working one of the Booths with work. and Katie went and Played on this Huge Air Blown Up slide and went to all the Booths and got all sorts of Fun goodies from the Different areas. One was from Pets mart and she Got a small frisbee for Ginger. (very Cute) she also got a ton of plastic cups , balloons and Nick nacks.She came home with Orange Hair she had her hair colored orange in one of the booths, and came home with temporary tattoos.

Sunday David went with the youth Group to go horseback Riding up north Near the Michigan Border. He has never been on a horse and he wanted to try and get the Feel on what being around horses were like. I am crossing my fingers he comes home in one piece.

Ryan was home with the hubby this weekend Pretty boring for him.

Things Observed

For some reason over the last several months , I been noticing things that seems funny... and just things that make me go hmm (never thought of )

1) Everyone Forgets Ryan has a different first name - More so in the last couple of weeks since school started. Takes awhile to get the double name with the Face.


2) I have noticed about myself-- When You call me about something ,Just Please get to the Point .. I do not need you to draw me a Visual picture. I think maybe just because I am getting older.

3) Since I started back to work Full time - I have noticed everyone looks so much Younger than I am . HMM Maybe because they are- In a good way the Younger girls seem to have it more together than I did at that age.

4)I noticed that David is more Routined and organized than I will ever be, and he only 13

5) Katie Loves to shop for Clothes way more than I do. We do however love to have our pedicures.

6) I am a GREAT Aunt to 6 great nephews and 2 Great neices. I feel like.. How cool is that?and I am only 36 . so a Great aunt 8 times over. :-)

7) I have the two coolest Nephews ever- Luke and Jake and cannot wait to meet Jake in
December.

8) All my other neices and Nephews are my age -WHICH is weird we were all having kids at the same time.

I was not tired tonight till I stepped in the house.. Very Weird. This was actually my 2nd 10 hr Day that I have had to work... which is not too hard we stay pretty darn Busy at the Dental Clinic. I just need a extra caffeine Break around the three o'clock hour to get me to 6pm.
Kids are doing AWESOME getting up and going in the morning BUT! Ryan starts Dozing regardless at 8pm just simply because I have to get him up 45 mins. Earlier Mon-Thurs poor Kid He does not know what has hit him . bless his heart. takes time regardless to learn a new Routine.
At least I have Andy doing the Cooking.

I took Katie out for a Girl's Night Last night , took her to Applebee's for supper and some shopping afterwards alot of fun just having one on one time with her.. She also asked me when We were going again for a Pedicure she LOVES have her feet and toenails done. I told her we would Make another special day for that . She is getting to the age she is getting really Girly on me ( more so Than I ever was at her age) She Takes alot after My sister in that Area.

David came home and started getting ready for a school dance. he came home showered , SHAVED, and put a clean shirt on and Deodorant. I freaked a little just because I have to Practically Beg him to shave AND put on deodorant.

This week seems to be Flying By, And it is just Tuesday - I think mainly Because I have been totally Busy trying to get my client ready for another person to come in and care for her and me transitioning to the new job. I need to relax and enjoy the ride.

Also I went to my 1st weight watchers meeting and the dreaded Weigh in .. Sigh... My Thoughts are my Goals are in reach... we will see in a couple of weeks and see if things start happening for me weight wise..

What a Deal

I took Katie to her Weekly Karate Class today and I decided to drop her off today and go by and pick up a Small Hot Chocolate from the Coffee shop across the street ,because for starters it was in the 50's here today and very windy! And I for the first time in a very long time was Freezing! SO I Dropped Katie off at the door and told her I would return very shortly. Anyway , I went next door and got my hot chocolate and the cashier told me if I got today's paper I could have my hot chocolate and the Newspaper for only 25 cents. I guess I looked at her funny and she said it again-- she told me it was a special they were Running and I did not question her again , so I got my drink and a newspaper for a whole Quarter! I think this was the best hot chocolate ever.
This was my only Treat for today on my way to loosing weight. I know Got to ween down some how!

Decisions

Well I have just practically decided to try Weight Watchers ... I have gotten to that point were I need that extra help with losing some much needed weight. I have seen a plan within a great price range and Free Registration . I need now just to go down to the weight watchers Meeting place which is just down the road from out house. My Goal is to lose at 60 pounds. (I cannot believe I just said that out load) . WHOA.
Just in the last week and a half I have already cut my portions in half and trying to drink alot of water. I think what put me on this path is that I just went to the MD for something Unrealated to my Blood Pressure and it was very High and Now I have to get it checked every so often . Damn. which is normal now but now To keep me off medication- I need to lose weight.

"Don't worry about people in your past; There is a reason they did not make it to your future."

This statement has alot of truth to it doesn't it? I saw this on a Friends web page- and I lately have been thinking of this statement everyday for some reason. I must be weird...OR just have way to much time to think of think of strange things lately.

The kids are back in school and Katie had a rough first 3 days of school.. One of the teachers she had last year Died of cancer at the age of 59. Very sad and I Knew of her, and knew how sweet and kind she was to all of the kids. It was very hard for Katie to open up about her death but she is coming around. :-)

Long Week

I was thinking yesterday this was a very Long Week for us and we had a 4 day week. That was really strange. I know alot of it was because I had to help (my friend) this week with alot of extra paper work (basically mail) and mail things to her son, just made my brain hurt. Andy Took all of us out to eat tonight we have not done this in a long time and it was nice not to have to cook.

David just found the Auburn Game on TV. I can still hear my dad screaming at the TV when we were growing up. I can remember Trying to have a shopping day with my sister or my Mother when these games were on -with the exception when Auburn Vs. Alabama.

New Couch

Well, We have A New couch, Well used .. It is in such good shape.. our friends were getting rid of it and we got . I am so happy :-) Our other one was so very UGLY and the couch we now have LOOKS so much better. our front room looks so much better with this newer couch.

I also have a new show on TV I have really got hooked into. It has been on several years but until recently, I have really enojoyed it. It is on TNT during the daytime called "Without a Trace" I also know this is on regularly on tv at Night I think either on Tuesday or Wednesday night if Memory serves. So if I am at home during the day I do find the time to watch. :-)

Ryan Update ......Two full weeks with out Pull ups ! He has been in regular underwear this whole time. He has had two accidents. but he could not underwear. Keep him your prayers at night. :-)

Ramblings

Both Andy and me Could not Sleep last night... so we both in our Hysterical" Why Can't I sleep Mode" ? We Kept Asking each other are you asleep Yet? every five Freaking mins. And of course driving each other totally Crazy. And of Course I get a call at 11pm from home health that I need to drop in on a client at 7:30am to get a client out of bed.. Apperently 2 caregivers called in sick at 10:30 so I was called at a late hour to help out which I was totally ok with . BUT Then I could not Really sleep - I was to wound up. :-( .. So I ended up with my regular Client plus one extra person "Drop"in for 1 hour . It was not too, too bad. Maybe tonight I can sleep.

Alot of news Coverage On Princess Diana tonight , I cannot Believe it has been 10 years already , I did not get to watch alot of Coverage due to me Being in and Out All day long today with work and the kids totally Hogging the Tv today.
I do not remember to much What I was doing ..I remember David was 3 years Old and I had just found out I was Pregnant shortly after her death (with Katie) . Weird how we all remember certain things on things happening News wise.

Ryan's Crabby Patty

I think Ryan has Been watching WAY to much Spongebob Squarepants Lately.. He was telling me he wanted to Build his own Cabby Patty. In "Ryan's" Words he says .. take a bun , crabby beef,crabby beef, double cheese,another Crabby beef , then the bun.. two days of "how too" of building the perfect Crabby patty.
In also in Ryan's world he got fully Dressed for school ,then his back pack and told me he was ready.. When I told him he had to wait till Wednesday he started crying oh PWEESZE ! I want to go to school.

I watched a Movie last night - the first one in a long time..
It was the Bad News Bears - the Newer one with Billy Bob Thorten . This is Not really A must see movie. The Older one with Walter Matthaw was a Zillion times Better. SO if anyone is wanting to rent this movie .. Save your Money. I was fortunate to have Showtime free for a couple of months and getting to see If I want to Keep this certain Movie Channel .. I still think HBO has the better Movie Channels and More to Choose from.

STICHES

Katie had her 1st set of stiches Friday night.. She was running thru the house with no shoes and somehow cut her foot wide open... I never saw so much BLOOD ! It was like a scene from a horror Flick. We got her to the ER and after two hours and three stitches later we are home. She only Freaked once the whole time we were there. Good for Katie Girl! Even when she saw the needle to Numb her foot she did not Flinch. I was so proud.
