My sister is losing her Very Best Friend in the world to Cancer at age 36. Some Days I cry terribly and other days I ask myself how can this happen to someone so young and once very Healthy. I work for a Oncologist and I see this every day.. I work to help Take care of numerous Cancer Patients and still no Answers seem to make my heart feel better. I cannot even start to imagine the Hurt, anger and the range of Emotions that the Family is going thru especially this time of year. All Can be done is Prayer and hope that your heart heals in time.

I am Hoping to Get a little Shopping done today, It was so Foggy Here last Night... It kept me from Going. I want to Go get a Case for My New I Pod I got for Christmas.
I also need to get some Munchies for New Year's Eve for the Kids to eat on while watching the "Ball" Drop in New York. This is always fun for the Kids.

The Kids are all doing well and enjoying the time off from school. I will Be Posting My new Year "hopfuls" for 2009 soon.

I almost Forgot we are Looking for a new Church and have Been Visiting other Churches over the Last several weeks. I am hoping that we find what we are looking for Pretty soon.

Hope everyone has a awesome Thanksgiving I am still up and it is almost Midnight , I just Finished some Pumpkin Pies and now working on Mashed Potatoes, If I do not take advantage of the Quiet I do not get anything done.(mainly Ryan has been trying to help out a little to much) But I did let him stir some Pie mixes up before I got them in the Pie Crust.

My Back is killing me but I am working thru that , I am Going to my Massage Thearpist on saturday and Hopefully she can Work out the Kinks and muscle aches.

I have to work Friday But I am off all weekend which is much needed, I have been filling in a little Too much at the home Health care job on the weekend and I am burned totally out..

I got the Chance to take the Kids to the Haunted house this year and had a blast! (Just David and Katie) Ryan is still to young. It was so worth them Seeing them scream ...I know I am a cruel Mom. But I have to have some Amusement at my kids expense sometimes.

I have been so darn busy at work lately I have been just coming home and Putting on the PJ's and Falling asleep. How sad is that? I really live a boring Life.

I wondering today why I even Try to Get Ryan Dressed in the AM.. Must be a Little Boy thing Because He would Rather Run around Naked than anything else & it took me 25 mins. finally get him to get some clothes on .. (he was to busy watching Tv to notice he was naked_ GEEZ>....

Going to be taking the two older ones to the Haunted house this year , This will be our First year doing this , SInce David is now in high school HE wants to do everything possible which is so fun.. the Drama class is putting on a Haunted house this year and it sounds like fun..

New Puppies

Well Our Neighbors on either side of us got a puppy and these Little Friends keep thinking that GInger (our dog) wants to play.. Seems like Every Morning one of the Puppies finds a place to squeeze thru the fence and come into our yard.. One is a Boxer mix which is about 12-13 weeks old maybe a little older now, she is ok she is getting bigger but I usually find her in our yard playing with ginger ...so we got one side of our fence Barricaded so she cannot squeeze thru anymore and 2nd reason I do not want her to get hurt. The Other dog on the other side and he is a shiatsu ( I hope I spelled that right) well this Puppy is MUCH Younger and weighs just around 6 pounds. He came over the other day squeezed thru the fence to play, and Poor ginger was not sure what to think but sit there and Bark till I came outside to see what she was barking at . and this Puppy's tail is wagging and thinks that she wants to play.. I Pick him up calling for the neighbor to come ( I knew she was outside) She lost site of him for a moment.. I just never know if Ginger going to all of the sudden Bite Him and that will be all she wrote for the puppy . In case anyone that does not know Ginger is a Brittany Spaniel and is Pretty laid back but you just never know what to expect from a 45 pound dog and to take on a 6 pound Puppy.

Word of advice... When your High Schooler tells you that he needs Food labels off of the Cans of Food in the house for a Health Project At school ,Make Darn sure You know what is inside the cans before he goes thru the cabinet and rips the labels off. I have several cans of things now in the cabinet now that has no labels.

Katie loved Camp and now has me taking her camera in to have the pictures developed.

Ryan got a new Jacket I will take picture and post them posing in it , he is so funny!
Andy Took him to get the Jacket and took Ryan a little over a hour and Andy's Sanity to choose a jacket he wanted. I warned Andy Before he went alone with him he would have trouble getting Ryan to commit to a jacket (Because I have Issues with Ryan Being Indecisive with things (except when it comes to Transformers). Ryan Kept Saying at the store This is not "WAL-MART"!!! Ryan has the Obsession with Wal Mart- My Parents saw this first hand when they were here for a visit.
Poor Andy came home exhausted.

Homecoming coming up soon

Granted this is David's 1st year of high school. I was talking with him last night and he told me that homecoming is coming up this next month and he told me there was a dance as well, He thought that a homecoming dance was having a tail gate party after the Homecoming game. Priceless.

Keep Andy's Dad in your thoughts and Prayer's - His Dad's Sister Evelyn (which is a Twin) Died on Monday afternoon the Funeral is set for Friday. It is always hard to loose a sibling but a Twin it has to be even harder She was 88 years old. Not many Twins make it this long. His dad is doing well he has been crying off and on all week.

Well Katie gets to go to her 1st overnight camp with her school Next Thursday night till Friday. Her Whole 5th Grade class gets to go with the other 3 5th grade classes in the school. So we are getting her all set up with a disposable Camera, travel size Shampoo and Body washes she is so excited and scared at the same time. I will take pictures for sure her getting on the Bus to go. I love taking Pictures!

Kids are Enjoying school -Thank Goodness-. Little things here and there still to get for them at school and The extra cash that David needs for Art Class and A CPR class.
I am actually off of work today and it is so nice not having anyone Poke me and ask me what they can do because they are bored. I do feel like that I have accomplished Quite a bite today. :-)
It is Raining today and expected to the remaining of the day and it is in the 60's so it is very Dreary today.
David Loves High school and he tells me he is finally finding his classes and not having to stop and ask for directions to much through out the day. He has already made his first appearance to his 1st high school football game.

Katie started 5th Grade and seems to enjoy a little more independence. She has to be more organized this year which will be hard for her.

Ryan - started 1st grade and is in total Denial which is his thing here lately " live Life and Deny everything else" mode. He is so funny! I took him to school today and told me he was going to his kindergarten room NOT his 1st grade class. Not sure what sparked this. I am thinking it is just Jitters He is the only one asking to go back a grade. LOL

Most wonderful time of the Year

All three kids are back in school FULL TIME tomorrow! YES! I regain not only my last Remaining brain cells, but my sense of routine and Quietness.

Let me see... In the last 24 hours, Ryan has Plugged the Toilet Up with Bounty Paper towels, I have no Snake to get it out and Ryan is in Denial that he did this...Andy is still gone at school. The
Plunger is a useless Piece of Crap. And the two Older kids are Making fun of the Dinner I cooked for them.

Ryan's Checkup at Children's was fine.. I do Not have to go back for another year, I do not want to say that to loud because if I do, We will end up there before Our yearly Check up.

Sorry for the delays in Updating- Been so very Busy!!!.

I am Heading out for the morning with Ryan to Take Him to Children' Hospital For a check up with three of the Surgeons with The GI Clinic. I Tend to have Moments of Pure Panic Before during and after the appt. It is a check up nothing major but with his history of complications and the Talking to the Dr.'s I get upset. They Do not make things easy for me or Ryan, I am getting a Tougher skin with this after dealing with them 7 years.

On the flip side all Ryan cares about is that I am taking him to Burger King afterwards. :)

The group of 14- to 17-year-olds was inspired to test an elevator’s maximum capacity while attending cheerleading camp at the university, The Dallas Morning News reported. When the elevator stalled en route from the fourth to the first floor, several girls panicked.

The girls “managed to wiggle a few cell phones free to call for help,” the paper reported. Police and fire crew responded, but it took an elevator repairman 25 minutes to extricate the squad.

One of the girls fainted and two others were treated at the scene, the Associated Press reported.

"It's dangerous, actually," a school police spokeswoman, Rhonda Weldon, told the AP. “There are signs everywhere: No more than 15 people or 3,000 pounds.”

Things that are Annoying me lately...

-1- I am still having to buy Pull Ups for the little dude. This is going to be a Lifetime haul for this kid either in Pull up's or Depends when he gets older. (if any one knows Ry dude You know Why) Still sucks. I decided not to go thru his secondary Insurance anymore which Paid 100% of his pull up's the pharmacy gave me hell every time I tried to get them ordered and 20.00 a month was not worth the hassle so I buy them now without having to jump thru Hoops every other month and I do not have to deal with the Pharmacies. Yada Yada Yada.....:-)

-2- Getting bounce back Migraines - Thank GOD for my Awesome Dr. Giving me a Stronger Prescription after a Plea to the nurse so I can At least Function after the Medication kicks in. Do not worry Headaches are Much better today.

-3-Kids not wanting to go to bed at night- I gave up After 10pm they are on there own to get themselves to bed. They fall wherever they fall asleep. :-)


On a good note. I am off tomorrow to recharge my Batteries.

Happy Monday!!!

Well Andy painted/Stained the deck yesterday and did the finishing touches today, He put Steps on the Deck several weeks ago , it looks so different and puts a nice touch to the Deck. Hopefully I can Posts Pictures of the Newly remolded deck in a couple of days, Right now My Head is pounding from a stinking Migraine and My Eyes are very Blurry. I am trying to get my mind off of the pain by Blogging. Hopefully my Nice Migraine meds will kick in Pretty quick.

Pool Day

I took the kids to the Pool Today, We have Pool Privileges till August 15th then they Close up for the year around here. I used sunscreen but still got Sunburned around the shoulders and face. It never Fails That I get burned, even with sunscreen.

I am ready for the kids to go back to school But not the cost to get them in it is around 200.00 for Books and Registration , and I am off good Compared to other Parents and etc...
I still Need to get a school list for the kids, and David's First year of high school lists, It is scary!! I mind as well hand over my arm and leg.. Yikes.

Good 1st day at the new job, I am really happy and comfortable for the 1st time in a long time.

Ryan was really cute Sunday, We were Driving to Oshkosh to visit Grandma and Ryan loves looking outside the window and see what the clouds look like for the day. (this is his job you know) All of the sudden Ryan says Look Mom that Cloud looks like a Hair Dryer!! And he just Kept saying Wow and that is a really cool Hairdryer Cloud.

I am now employed again.. I start back full time Monday morning -well it will be 32-40 hours a week to start to see if I want the latter of the two . :-) It is in a dr.'s office ( cancer Dr. Here in town) within 5 mins of my house which is awesome. Hopefully now I can get unstressed with now having a Job.

2nd Interview

Finally got a call back today after the 1st interview was in first part of June.

In Other news I can Officially say that I want the Kids back In school and they do not go back until after Labor day. Mostly Katie she is the one telling me every 5 mins I am bored! But yet will not go the great Park we have here with her Older brother for a hour a day when he go and shoots Basketball.

Katie- Has a Kick a thon with her Karate School -Karate America- here in town, Every year the school does a Fundraiser for Children's Hospital of WI, Which is a great cause, God knows we have been Blessed with there Generosity when we were there. On August 2nd the whole Karate School Will Be "Kicking for A Reason" If anyone is interested in sponsoring Katie let me know! I have a web site and other information for Donations. She always loves doing her Side Kicks and flying side kicks!

David- Has been going up to the school and playing basket ball with his Friends everyday like clock work- seems to be enjoying this!

Ryan- the only thing with him, he has been hanging out with me and watching T.V and etc. He noticed a Black Berry Phone Add on Tv and made sure I noticed, He thinks I should have one.LOL Gotta love him! He is a Gadget guru just like me.

Short post tonight -VERY,VERY TIRED- and also summer has arrived here 82 degree's here and the Humidity is very High, so your energy is zapped right away.

Hail Storm ....

I finally got a Whole lot of Crap to Goodwill. Mostly Old Clothes and toys that the kids totally outgrew and lighted the whole closet thing so more updated clothes can get put in, at least I know now where the kids stand on clothes and what needs to be replaced. I have been trying to get Andy to help out when possible or Kicking and screaming. Sometimes I just have to pick the Battle, depending when the moon is in sink with the stars or when I can catch him in a good mood. Today I had a mixture of both. :-)
Yesterday the Basement got done, Well Most of it. At least I can walk thru it and the kids can play with our Full Air Hockey Table once more. LOL.

Summer Dayz...

I finally got the chance to take the kids to the Pool Near our house On Monday, all three of them had a Blast and Ryan was literally trying to pick up girls that were 16 years old and he made sure that they all had Bikini's on, I finally had to intervene the girls were very nice to him and thought he was a doll. He is going to my ladies Man. :-)

I took all three kids to the Dentist on Tuesday that was a chore in it's self, I sit and wait everytime a hour and half while they are getting cleaned. Katie still has not lost all her baby teeth and she is 10, if she does not loose them soon they will have to have them pulled. She did have a baby tooth pulled several month's ago and still has a mouth full. I told her to start wiggling them around to get them to fall out. she was my child that did not have a tooth in her head till she was 18 months and the last one to have all her baby teeth to leave her mouth. ugg.

The kids have really been keeping me busy the last few days, Also Andy's Mom and Dad , Andy's dad had Andy do a little yard work while we were there and move some things around. They are doing fine besides his dad is being very off balance lately,his blood pressure is a little off kilter (low) and he Fell in Walgreen's the other day With his walker (dang). But other than that ok. Do not worry he is ok .

I am taking Katie to the Dr. Tomorrow she has a bizarre Brown Rash on her Neck that she has had about three weeks, It is the Weirdest thing I have ever seen, And of course her Dr. is not in this week so I have to see one of her Partner's. We will see what the Doc says about this Rash.

Speaking of Dr.'s Made a few Changes with David's Dr. I changed his Dr. To a Family Practice Dr. It is the same one Andy and I see, I love him to death. The Pediatrician I had David with I did not like very well, he is too laid back with things and not a take charge kind of Dr. And with David's Needs especially with his hearing loss among some things I needed someone who will not poo poo me. Katie and Ryan Will Keep there Pediatrician that I have had them with since they were born and will have her until she either Moves, or dies we will stay with her, she is the best Dr. I have had for the kids!. She has been the kids Dr. since David was 15 months old. So 13 years with the same Dr!. So I cannot Complain. Once David got the Idea that he had to have a Physical done with a female Dr. At age 10 he freaked and that is when I moved to a Male Dr. shortly after. LOL! Ryan won't care he is the most carefree/no modesty type of child. :-)
So if you ever move my way I have a super Pediatrician I can refer you too.


Last words Next Milwaukee Trip to Children's with Ryan is Aug.18 for all three Surgeons to take a look at him so cross your Fingers. Nothing to worry it is just our turn to see the Butt/stomach Dr. LOL. Because of Medication changes.

Today was really one of our warmer days here and David mentioned he did not really have any summer Pj's for the summer, Hello? The other two kids reminded me right away and it did not dawn on me that David did not have pj's for the summer (meaning boxer pants and tee shirts) Which I thought he had. Well I guess I will be out tomorrow looking for night time wear for the teenager. When I mentioned just a T-shirt and underwear he freaked LOL! ( he is my Very Private kid and wants to always make sure he is covered up) :-)

Clean House

I have to laugh tonight , I was watching a Episode of Clean House tonight and for some reason Andy was watching with me and finally got really upset that the Husband on the show had to give up his "Man Grill" It was A huge grill that is able to be hooked up to a trailer and go where ever they go. Anyway they sold it at the "Yard Sale" that they do... and got a Thousand Bucks for it. Andy stands up and says that stinks that Grill Brand new is 3500.00 or more. and they sold it for almost nothing!!! He gets up and goes downstairs and started working on his airplanes. I never saw him go that nuts, But was entertainment for me to watch my husband react to this,and I am just laughing at him freaking out over a Grill .

Off to Interviews tomorrow and the dentist later in the day. Good news ... the Home Health Care put me to work right away on Friday morning so I do have some money coming in.:-) I could have worked all weekend but I like to have my weekends free if I can help it. I am trying to keep the working thing during the week and plus since the Van now giving us trouble , Andy has been looking out for a different Van, He had me go with him last night to look at 4 to 5 different vans/cars. We will see now if we will follow thru on making a offer on another van or not.

At least this week I can get the housework done this week, which I am now getting to.
We also got a surprise in the Mail , Milwaukee Brewer Tickets. Holy Moly!! A major thank you goes out to Uncle B. Now to Narrow which game we will go see.

June 1st Already -WOW! Where did the school Year Go? My Kids get out Friday for the year and Ryan Turns 7 a week from Wednesday.

On the way Home from church this morning I had Andy swing by the Grocery Store and let me go in and Get a Sunday Paper and some Juice for the kids for the week. Well..... When I got back to the Van the Battery Died.. I mean D-E-A-D as a doornail, Needless to say all 5 of us had to Walk Home to go get my car so we could go and get the Jumper cables. Luckily the house is only 10 very long blocks home,end of story right?? NOOOO. We got back to the store got the Van Started and headed home only to have the Van Die again 5 blocks from home, so I turn around and have to jump start the van a 2nd time in less than a 10 min. Period, Andy was just beside himself he did everything short of kicking and cussing the van out. He got home and wanted one of my xananx he was that stressed, than he said he was alright and that he would just go and and Fly his Airplanes out at the Field that he and his buddies go and hang out at. And here it is... that put the Explanation point on top of things is that all three kids jump in the car with him and told him that they wanted to go with him, at this point I thought and would just Crap himself, usually the kids have no interest in going and today they wanted to go. As I am smiling and waving from the house, Andy is Looking at me and telling me that I owe him one.

Week in review

For Starters lost my job this week Which Sucked Royally , but was totally ok with it and was somewhat relieved that I do not have to go back to the stressful calls that I had to deal with.

Andy and me went to see Indiana Jones Last night and a supper, which was really cool to have a much needed date night with some friends of ours. I Enjoyed this movie I thought it was really good to be a 4th movie in the Trilogy. I did notice that Sex in the City was totally sold out which was in the theater next to us. Overall a good weekend.

Just the Little Things

I had a LONG week this week, I put in 5 hours over time at work.. I also Let them know I did not want any more training and I was now Looking for a different Job, I wanted to stay Working with them until then. I was relieved for them to come Back to say "Ok" and that if I needed time of for interviews let them know. OK, I am Reeling What job does this without having them have the Door hit you in the Rear end? I am Floored!!

David Turns 14 Tomorrow! That seems so strange that he is this old already. I say this every year and each time I see him 1 less year living at home. Make sense?

Beautiful Day

It is a Sun Filled day today! the kids actually spent most the day outdoors.. I had to go check in on a client today and she is doing well. David cut the grass for me today and Andy got the Shrubs cut and looking nice again.

Finally Updating

I am finally Back to updating Again.. I have either been to tired or to busy to Blog here lately.

I was home with the Kids all week last week while Andy Was out of town getting some Classes done for his Job. (On the Job training) Go Figure they take him 4 hours from home to do this Insane!
Andy is also getting a Root Canal Tomorrow so he will Be off all day tomorrow, I know he will Probably be kinda Cranky so I will stay Clear of him tomorrow, makes me Kinda happy that I work I have a 10 hour shift , he does not know it yet he will have to cook supper for the kids because I will not get home till 6:30. The crap will soon hit the fan after A) a Root canal and B) he has to cook.

At Church today some lady bent over to pick something up for her son and she happen to have a THONG on and of course Andy saw this and he just did not know where to look. I started laughing and he was just beside himself. I have always said if you wear a Thong please do not bend down to pick anything up because you are just asking for a Reaction from any Man who might be behind you. (especially at church). WHOA!

Kids are off of school tomorrow , I am not sure Andy is aware of this. If he does not know Surprise!

The kids have a school wide Picnic on May 30th. I asked Katie if I could not make it would she be upset? Of course She said no , then started to cry. I have only missed one in the whole time she has been at the school So I did not think she would be so upset. I suppose consistency with this area every year she does pay attention . SO guess what? I am taking a half day off of work to go to the picnic and eat lunch with Katie and Ryan.

Half Day

I worked a half day today at work.. A Much Needed half day mind you. Next week I start what they call a Flex week where I work a ten hour day and then I do get off early one day during the week. I am kinda curious On how Well I will like this schedule so we will see how it goes. :-)

In other news the Ceiling has stopped Producing waterfalls and stopped Dripping . All I can say to that was "Holy Crap" .

Ryan Has lost a 2nd tooth in so many weeks and He is up 2.00 just in the last two weeks from the tooth fairy. And Katie is going to a Oral Surgeon on Tuesday for a consult for a game Plan to have some baby Teeth Pulled that are Causing some Major overcrowding issues in her mouth .And David has to get his 4 month Follow up on his scoliosis (His back)(mind you a Year late getting this appt in) I got scolded by the nurse.All I can say is I have 3 kids and If I miss making one appt. I am doing good in hind site.

No April Fool's Joke

Well last night around 9pm I was getting things done around the house for the next morning and I was in the hall way and water is dousing me on my Head. I look up and noticed that there was water Dripping from the ceiling. I was trying to get Andy up out of bed (he had just Fallen asleep) (due to having to be in at work by 5:30 every morning.) 1st he did not believe me but I finally got him up to check the Water situation. Poor Guy he was in a sleep stupor and had go up in the attic to see where the leak was coming from and found out that it was our Chimney that was retaining water and breaking apart and bricks are broken from the Ice and heavy snow fall we had this year.
Yes .. the Buckets are still in the hallway just in case and Andy got the leak stopped 30 mins later.
Now to see if He can fix the Chimney or if we need to call in some one to put a new chimney in.

Happy Easter

I cannot Believe how Quick Easter came up So Quick this year, I feel Like I have been Scrambling around trying to make Sure Easter Baskets get Filled and I make sure Andy's Mom Has Enough of what she needs For Dinner tomorrow.
The house needs a good Cleaning which I have Been Trying to take care of today.

Kids are out of school this next week so, I am hoping they all get along but I am not holding my breath. They all have been Fighting more than usual here lately and I am having to refree a little more.

Updates

Well It has stopped snowing and the sun is finally showing itself for the 1st time in months.

The Kids will Be on Spring Break starting next Friday for a week, Hopefully I can figure out what to have them do during the day.Katie has been more Whinny here lately and complains Practically 24/7 now. I have not put my finger on it just yet, But I have some Idea what it could be .

I am Working my other Job this weekend for a brief time today and tomorrow, I have had this weekend Job for well over a year now. I get called in for a lot of Pop in shifts for a care giving place, I work overlapping shifts if someone calls in sick or when a extra shift is added on to a client. I like the little extra cash when I can get it.

David is getting to go swimming today in a indoor water park today.. He is getting to go with some of the youth group kids for the afternoon. I am meeting up with Andy later this morning to go out for lunch before I drop David off for the afternoon.Andy is at a Model gas Powered show and Auction today and we are going to stop by for a while.

I am jealous.. David is going to Green Bay this Sunday to play in a indoor Waterpark Called the Tundra lodge. So Cool.. Makes me wish I was a teenager getting to go to all the Fin stuff with school and Church Youth Groups. Thank Goodness tomorrow is Friday! I am so Glad the weekend is coming. I am also planning a to do a little shopping with Katie this weekend if I get the Chance. :-)

I took all three kids to Target with me today... Mainly I just wanted to take David to spend his Gift card he got For Christmas. He finally got around to asking me to take him to Target, But I could not get out of the house with out the other two. I think this was really the first real trip out of the house besides work since last Saturday because of the Flu I had.
Ryan -- Right away found a Big bottle of Bubbles for the bath Tub and of course it is the Transformer Kind... Whoever Knows Ryan he is a Transformer Freak . I think we have every Transformer ever made. (Seriously)!
By the time we got back home a hour or so later I so needed a Nap, But I was good and started a mound of Laundry that I have neglected over the past week.

It is snowing so hard here today that they actually closed the Malls here around town , not only 12 inches of snow it is Sleeting. Hopefully the kids will have a snow day tomorrow. I have the Flu after all weekend in bed and a fever I am now feeling somewhat Normal.
I am trapped in a SNOW GLOBE ! I am now off to nap again. hopefully I can make it to work tomorrow.

Sore

Well I think I killed my back..

I fell on a sheer Ice this past weekend , I was even being careful. Here in the the frozen part of the state you cannot help my take a tumble every now and then. I have been so sore for three and a half days. I left work a little early to get my back looked at... more or less my tail bone! I ended up with a xray of my lower back and no broken bones but the radiologist has the last say. There is a "uncertain" area. The Dr. thinks I just have a deep bruise on that tail bone. So if the Advil does not help in the next couple of days I get to have some "happy pills" called in for me if it affects my sleep to much.:-)
Kids are good, life is good.

I got the chance to take of a half day off of work yesterday, Which was a blessing! We were so slow and team leaders were asking for takers for going home at 1:30 and I took the chance. We do not get a chance for early outs to much. This was a treat.

16 years

Well it is Official we have now been Married 16 years. Our Anniversary was Yesterday. We had a date night and had a great time, We went out to eat and then went over to watch one of Andy's Friends band play at one of the local "Supper Club" .
I can tel you this it has been a wild ride. :-)

HMMM.. This is nuts, the doors on the passenger side of my Toyota is Frozen shut. Between the snow and the sub zero temps here my car doors Froze, the only functioning door is on the Driver's side. By the way it has been frozen for 5 days.

I have been battling some kinda stomach bug and I hate being sick. Feeling a little better today but battling a queasy tummy is tough and trying to work . I go in a little later in the morning which is nice so I can sleep in a little bit.

It is so VERY COLD here today.. I took Katie to her Karate Class today and a Wal-Mart Run today and I came Home and stayed in the rest of the day and watched the Discovery Times Channel. The Kids watched some of there shows in the other room. I actually for once got the Laundry Caught up and put away.. Andy's Mom called this afternoon we are planning to go check on them tomorrow , she called to ask if we could go and pick up her Medication at Walgreen's on the way to her house which is not a problem , it is on our way. So I told her we could do that and we are going to get them Subway Sub's for supper.

Totally Busy

I cannot Believe how unbelievably busy I have been -including Andy.. Between Working,taking care of the kids things, and Andy's Parents errands we are so exhausted.. I think Tomorrow is the 1st free night of "nothing" scheduled which makes me feel good.

Andy and me will Celebrate 16 years of marriage on Feb. 1st. That seems so odd to me. It feels like we are still young, not 16 years older with three kids and a house. We planning a night out alone and having a nice quiet supper at a local Grill. Woo Hoo!

By the way it is cold here. I hate it.. Right now we have a wind chill warning out starting at midnight.. temperatures of ZERO and wind chills of -30 below. FUN FUN ,, I have plenty of coffee to brew and a blanket. I will be sure to Hibernate tomorrow all day.

I just paid 2.50 a Gallon for Milk. Yep 2.50 for a Gallon Of milk. I was just in In the Alabama area for Christmas and Milk there is in the 5.00-6.00 a Gallon there. I guess there is advantages to living in a area that Mass Produces Milk. :-).
On the Flip side I had to fork out over 45.00 for two Prescriptions , I hate spending money on Prescriptions (it is a Pet peeve I have) I not only hate getting Medicine Filled I am not a very good patient when it comes to taking medicine and remembering to take things in the morning.

New Job is going well, Not sure if I am going to love it/like it yet , but it feels like a good fit. I am sure I am going to like it just fine. only 3 and a half days in so each day will get a little easier.

Start the New Job in the Call Center tomorrow, I think I will Like it... But I have this one agonizing Question! After spending nearly 7 years working for Dr.'s Will I like the new setting.. I am thinking yes.. Not having to do things STAT, and life and death testing , I am really ready for a change.

We Watched The Transformers Movie last night It was really good! Ryan Loved it and I had to read all his Transformer books tonight because he was looking for "Optimus Primate" and Bumble Bee - the two good Cars.

Andy's dad is coming Home Friday from the Nursing Home~We have a Meeting with the Nursing home sometime Tuesday to see what kind of needs he will need when he gets home. Looks like Andy and I will trade off this next weekend to spend the first couple of nights to make sure he does not have any chest pain. Cross Your Fingers that he can come home , I am a little Nervous regarding the transition home for him , he has been in and out of the hospital for over a month.. KEEP GOOD THOUGHTS!!!

I asked Ryan what his Favorite thing about Christmas, He told me that he liked playing with his Cousin Luke and Jacob. I did not Put any words in this kids Mouth.. He told me he liked Playing Spiderman with Luke and Laughing with Jacob. Very Cute!

The Kids started back to school on Wednesday and I am finally enjoying some much needed quiet time! I got Katie's Room Cleared out today and It finally looks like a very Neat Room Now, I still have some Organizing (very Little) but Totally Looks so much better with a little Clearing out.

Wednesday Night I went for a Much needed Massage and Wow!!! The Girl That did my Massage did a Awesome job and I actually came home and Fell asleep. My Appt. Was for at 6pm so by the time I got home at 7pm I was worth Nothing. I need to do this a little more Often. I will do this at least 1 more time this year if not Twice Before 2008 is over with! :-)

Happy New Year!!

Start a new Job on Monday. I am so ready for some "routine" Who New when I left my other job last February , that it would take till the End of November to find another Full Time Job. I think that things have a way to fall into place. ( I hope that made sense).

I was Putting Ryan's Spider man Pj's Last night he told me that Grandma Bob gave his Spider man Bottom's and Paw Paw gave him the Top part. I guess he did not want to hurt either one of their Feeling's. I Just had to giggle!
Speaking of Ryan he LOVED Playing with his Cousin Luke this past week, and the boys Played with a Tent that Paw Paw Set up for the Boys.. Every now and then we would here from Luke... HEY!! Ryan took that Toy from me!!! and Ryan would just look at him Like -WHAT-?
I think All my Kids love Playing with there two Cousins this past week. :-)
